Guidelines for the event:
The Oikotaan is open and free to all members of the Lower Mainland Bengali Cultural Society. However, RSVP is required to help us estimate food and logistics. Ticketing options are available for non-members as well.
Food packets will be served between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
Food packets will be served for takeaway only with no dine-in option at venue.
Kindly note that food takeaway for family members who are unable to attend in person will not be available.
Any No-Shows for members food reservation will be charged back to the member at the actual costs of the food.
